When Noah Wijdeven asked me if I could make something for his zine about transgender people I of course wanted to participate! I am non-binary but I grew up in a very religious and conservative small town so it was not easy being me. That's why I always jump to the opportunity to 'tell my story'. Because I as a baby queer person would have needed a kind gesture of: be who you are, and be proud of it. So when Noah told me he had two empty pages I also made a little comic for in his zine! Just to roughly explain what being trans is, and that, whatever term you identify with, you're valid and not alone. He also interviewed me about my experience with being trans and I made a little illustration related to my answers!
